Insurance and Protection
TI Law maintains professional indemnity insurance of £3,000,000 as part of its regulatory compliance. The insurance covers the legal services we provide.
In addition, reserved activities are also covered by the CILEx Regulation compensation arrangement*. Such activities may include, but are not limited to, preparing probate and ancillary conveyancing documents, drafting Trust and Tax documents, and the right to represent customers in connection with Court of Protection.
This scheme does not cover services such as Will writing and Lasting Power of Attorney, as they are not required by law to be provided by a regulated company.
