Every estate is different; some are relatively easy, and some are more complex to deal with. Whether or not a Grant of Representation is needed, every estate will need to be administered to some degree.

Estate Planning

Estate planning is often at the heart of the work we do for our clients. At TI Law, we define estate planning as arranging our customers’ long-term financial affairs so as to meet their wishes, in a tax-efficient manner and, where possible, to provide asset protection for them and future generations.

Court of Protection

If you or someone you are caring for lacks the mental capacity to manage their welfare or finances you may need the support of the Court of Protection to determine what help you need.
